I bring warmth, positivity, and an upbeat, friendly energy to every appointment—whether I’m creating a fresh cut, brightening someone’s day with highlights, styling a smooth blowout, or transforming hair with color, perms, restorative treatments or waxing. I love making people feel comfortable, cared for, and confident the moment they sit in my chair.
Before stepping into hairstyling, I earned my MBA and built a career as a business owner, running two small companies—including one in the beauty industry. That experience taught me the value of relationships, service, and genuinely seeing people for who they are. Those values are a big part of how I work behind the chair today.
My passion for hair has been with me for years, and eventually I decided it was time to follow my heart. I went to beauty school, earned my cosmetology license, and found the “fun career” I always dreamed about for this chapter of my life.

A licensed Nail Technician, she brings both creativity and organization to her role as Salon Coordinator, managing everything from appointments, retail, and social media to goal-setting, community outreach, and even the salon’s signature holiday decorations. For Aimee, Monolo isn’t just a workplace, it’s family. Whether she’s helping clients feel welcome, supporting the stylists, or finding new local charities and events to participate in, her dedication shines through in every detail. From running errands to lending a hand with little ones, she truly does it all with heart, humor, and a deep love for the Monolo community.
